Developing a Positive Relationship with Healthy Living

Many people try to lose weight but can’t seem to. This is often because of one of two things (or both)…either their mindset is not in a positive place or there are other things going on in their life that they need to deal with. This presentation would explore both aspects.

More specifically, it would be about reprogramming your mind to have a more positive mindset about healthy eating and exercising and coming from a place of love rather than the typical, “I want to be skinny and lose 10 lbs.” It would also be about dealing with the other stressors in your life (such as career or relationships) so that you can actually focus on your health.
