In this 60 minute talk I provide an overview of how to cultivate self-worth, a positive mindset, and provide the attendees with tools that will help them regulate their emotions and feel more empowered. Many of these tools and discussions will be stepping stones for them to create the life they desire with confidence and feel a deeper connection with themselves.
