  • Have Fun While Training with the Two Ps

Training for a 10k, the full Ride for the Arts, or even the Birkie does not have to mean long hours of boring training. Periodization and polarization are research-based ways of organizing your training to allow for variety and efficient use of your time. You can also use the Ps to schedule training with friends, classes at the gym, or training races.

We’ll talk about the Two Ps, how to use them, and how they can shape your training.
