Beginning her career as a scientist, she reveled in taking on new challenges and learning new skills. In her more than 15 years of experience in various leadership roles, she has led and motivated individuals and teams in a manager-as-coach capacity.

Kathleen holds coaching certifications from Northwestern University (ELOC) and the University of Wisconsin (CPC Program) and coaching credential (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She earned her MEM from Duke University and her BS from the University of Wisconsin.
