Joyce spent 11 years functioning as a sales manager for small businesses with two to three sales people. She worked with several companies at once and was able to learn about many different industries.
Previously, Joyce spent 15 years in the health care industry including doing a start-up HMO for Blue Cross Blue Shield, and then, in her own business, consulting for physicians and ancillary providers. She also consulted with all types of insurance companies, which included working as a temporary executive for business turn-arounds.
