Working in corporate America before becoming a coach, Amy knows exactly the frustration of feeling trapped in a flabby body, behind a desk. She knew eating healthy and moving more should have been a priority, but was simply too overwhelmed and scared to take action. It wasn’t until the pain of disgust and defeat grew out of control, that she finally transformed her frustration into her dream career.
Amy continues to partner with powerful international companies and appear on television, radio and in print as a leading fitness and nutrition expert.
Amy has been competing in triathlons since 2008, having finished distances from sprint to Ironman. Her lifelong vision is to empower women endurance athletes around the world to embrace their infinite courage, strength, and power through consistent and never-ending improvement in life and sport.
Amy and her husband live in Milwaukee, WI. While not tending the their flock of five parrots, they enjoy traveling the globe to savor all life has to offer, which definitely includes baseball, bike trails, micro-breweries, and delectable eats.
